Season 3 of the critically-acclaimed animated series "Young Justice" is currently in the works, and the announcement of another returning character is a welcome addition to fans. With the hinted comeback of Kid Flash's voice actor to the series, however, questions about his 'explosive' end in season two will surely be talked about.

Posting through Twitter, Jason Spisak, who voices Wally West (aka Kid Flash), shows a teaser from the animated movie Teen Titans: the Judas Contract that features the young speedster. According to Comic Book, the tweet itself is directed to those who can't wait for the third season of "Young Justice". Based on the statement, it seems that Wally West will be joining the young heroes of "Young Justice".

Spisak is not the first voice actor to confirm on doing "Young Justice" season three. As Screen Crush reported, Walking Dead's Khary Payton, who voices Kaldur'ahm (aka Aqualad), will also reprise his role for the series.

Kid Flash met a questionable end at the final moments of the second season of "Young Justice". Along with Flash and Impulse, Kid Flash used their super speed to contain the alien bomb's explosion. Unfortunately, when the bomb detonated, he started to absorb its excess energy, and ended up disappearing. His return to the series may justify fan theories that he was just absorbed by the Speed Force (an energy all DC speedsters have access to), or was accidentally warped to another dimension.

As the synopsis of the new "Young Justice" series goes, season three is promising new twists, turns and dangerous threats for the young team of superheroes.  Hopefully, as teased on the second season, Darkseid would make his appearance and challenge the "Young Justice" "Young Justice" Season 3 was confirmed on November 2016, a good three years after the series was cancelled in 2013.
