Boardwalk Empire Season 3 Episode 11 'Two Imposters': Al Capone To Save The Day 'We Rest, And Then We Talk About Who Dies."

On the last episode before the season finale of "Boardwalk Empire" Nucky prepares for war with Gyp and his boys. 

While Margaret and the children board a train, Nucky's homes gets a surprise hit by Gyp who guns down guards and looks for Knucky and Kessler who's hiding for cover. While the two men hide in the bedroom, they are eventually caught and have a shoot out with Gyp's guys and get away, but unfortunately Kessler gets hit and Nucky tries to find a hospital to save him.

When Gyp arrives at the scene he believes (among the dead bodies) that Nucky had been hit. When he arrives at Chalky's he wanted to go in his house to see if Nucky was in there and offers, $25,000 which he declines and tells him that he has a woman in there that he doesn't want them to see and Gyp believes him and tells his crew that he will give $25,000 if they catch Nucky. When Chalky walked back in his home he tells Nucky about Gyp's and Nucky counteroffers him the same, but he refuses the money and tells him that he wants to own "Babette's," but  Nucky wouldn't give it to him.

Later, the twist that will make everyone watch the season finale is the welcoming of Al Capone, who tells Nucky, "We have been on the road for 18 hours. We rest, and then we talk about who dies."
