Kelly Osbourne continues to stun people with her style, fashion opinions, and weight loss. The "Fashion Police" co-host lost 50 pounds and is looking better than ever and even sharing her weight loss secrets with the world.

"People think I lost weight and that's what made me happier. That's not true: I had to learn to love myself first," Osbourne told British Cosmopolitanspinoff mag.

The celebrity confessed that the quest to become healthy and skinnier hasn't been that easy, "Losing weight was just one benefit of putting the hard work in and sorting myself out on the inside first through therapy. That was one of the scariest times of my life. I swear I've never felt more naked, because I had to actually be me and couldn't mask it."

The rocker admitted that  her new look was not as easy as it seemed, "Working out is not fun, I'm not going to lie and say it is. I sweat my arse off and I'm miserable for the hour I'm doing it but when I'm done, I feel amazing. There's no quick fix and it does take a long time. It drives you mad when you see someone eating chips when you can't have any, but it's so worth it," she said.

Initially, the 26-year-old first lost 20-pounds on "Dancing with the Stars" and prides herself that she continues to lose weight on a more healthy diet than eating high protein low carb food in order to give her energy, "Ultimately, I'm really glad I lost the weight the way I did," she told "Life & Style". "I never thought in a million years I'd be that healthy girl who wakes up every morning to exercise."
