Presidential hopeful Donald Trump was fired from NBC after making some rather controversial remarks about immigration. Apparently, the renowned investor doesn't care that he'll no longer be hosting the popular reality show, "Celebrity Apprentice." But which business mogul should now take his place - perhaps rapper Jay-Z!?

Following his shocking exit from NBC, Trump stated:

"We must have strong borders and not let illegal immigrants enter the United States. As has been stated continuously in the press, people are pouring across our borders unabated. Public reports routinely state great amounts of crime are being committed by illegal immigrants. This must be stopped and it must be stopped now. Long ago I told NBC that I would not being doing 'The Apprentice' because I am running for president in order to make our country great again... Furthermore, they will stand behind lying Brian Williams, but won't stand behind people that tell it like it is, as unpleasant as that may be."

Wonder how Trump might feel if he's ultimately replaced by a big-name rapper?

According to the seedy gossip webloid MediaTakeOut.com, HOV's ready for the job. An alleged Roc Nation snitch claims that the television network reached-out to several other celebrities, but Beyonce's hubby was the top pick:

"Jay has been trying to show his business side to the public - this is the perfect opportunity... [Jay] and Beyonce are a real business team, it's not for show. So I wouldn't be surprised if she came on the show to give her opinion too."

The Magna Carta emcee would also use this opportunity to promote his exclusive music streaming service, Tidal.

The supposed deal still remains extremely hush-hush, but do MstarsNews readers believe the hype? Anothing for more "power" couple star power, right?! Share your thoughts in the comments section below, and stay tuned as more details become available.
