As summer's end draws near (seriously, it's already almost halfway over), we're still on the constant lookout for exercises that can tighten up our core and help us lose some belly fat and grab that six-pack. And just because the fall and winter months are coming (in just three months, by the way), it doesn't mean we should stop searching for a way to obtain a flatter stomach.

Luckily, since we're all in this together (we made a pact, right?), MStars News has stumbled onto the best exercise for your six-pack.

Men's Health reports that some of the best exercises for your stomach prove to be the Dumbbell Squat, the Barbell Split Squat and the Kettlebell Side Lunge and Touch. These three moves hit all the correct areas in order to sculpt that stomach into the sexy, toned area you really want it to be.

BARBELL SPLIT SQUAT

With a manageable amount of weight on a barbell (that you can handle, of course), clean and press the bar and bring it behind your head so that you are in a squat formation. Split your feet and proceed to move your back foot back and bend the knee so that it is behind your hips. Then, push up with the front leg.

KETTLEBELL SIDE LUNGE AND TOUCH

Grab a kettlebell and step out wide. Lean over to a lunge position, making sure the kettlebell touches the ground, push up and bring your feet together. Repeat.

DUMBBELL SQUAT

Simply hold two dumbbells at your sides, squat down and keep your knees out.
