Rapper Rick Ross also-known-as William Roberts and girlfriend, Shateria Moragne-el were almost shooting victims in a drive-by in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Ross, had been celebrating his birthday when an unknown gunman fired at his rolls Royce that ended up crashing into an apartment complex.

For months now, Ross had been engaging in heated threats from North Carolina chapter of the Gangster Disciples.
