E! has two episodes left for Season 2 of The Royals. Before Episode 9 airs, Season 3 of The Royals has been renewed with Queen Helena Henstridge (Elizabeth Hurley) and Princess Eleanor Henstridge (Alexandra Park) returning for more scandal and drama.

In our previous recap, while Eleanor and Helena had a mother/daughter time together, Liam (William Moseley) discovered an important clue about Domino. Liam discovered Dominique Stewart was the the true of his father, but she died under mysterious circumstances. Dominique Stewart's brother now holds a grudge against Helena because he believes she covered up her murder. Liam is unsure what to believe, wondering if his mother is truly a killer.

In our recent recap, the entire royal family learned it was The Duchess (Joan Collins) who actually murdered Dominique. With his health deteriorating, Cyrus (Jake Maskall) also believes the Duchess had a hand in poisoning Violet. Getting back at her, Cyrus revealed he actually has a baby on the way with his knocked-up maid.

According to Variety, E!'s first scripted original series has been renewed for a third season. Season three will also consist of 10 hour-long episodes. Garnering positive reviews from critics, the sophomore season has followed the eleventh season of Keeping With The Kardashians.

Jeff Olde, EVP of original programming and development at E!, "We are incredibly proud of the success of 'The Royals.' The series has captured fans and brought them into a regal world of sexy, fun drama. We can't wait to see what season three will bring and what surprises are still in store as we enter the second half of season two,"

As we mentioned before,  sharing a photo on her official Instagram account, Hurley revealed which Hollywood hunk she would love to show up in future episodes, "George Clooney. Who else could it be? I think George Clooney would be perfect. Why not? You'll have all the flashbacks to the scenes with the queen and George Clooney, which would be a wonderful addition to season three. I'm campaigning for it."

The Royals continues for two more episodes on E! Sundays at 10pm.
