Kristen Stewart Revenge: Alicia Cargile Girlfriend Reunion Over For Nicholas Hoult?

Rumors now suggest that Kristen Stewart's involved in a casual romance with "Equals" co-star, Nicholas Hoult. Does that mean reconciliation with Alicia Cargile is totally out of the question?

Stewart and her former assistant were never "officially" dating, but several fans were very supportive of this blossoming same-sex relationship:

Apparently, the two ladies even reunited over the holidays - the 25-year-old "American Ultra" beauty was spotted with Cargile on Christmas Eve.

But then K-Stew had a sudden change of heart - she later "hooked-up" with Hoult just a few weeks later in New York City. They both appeared flirty and utterly happy.

But the infamous gossip webloid Celeb Dirty Laundry takes the entire situation to extremes with this rather dramatic insinuation:

[So] is Stewart finally realizing that it's just easier to date within the celebrity circle? Maybe [she] learned while dating her seemingly uninteresting assistant that the major stars don't do that.
