Teen Mom 2 star Leah Messer is still desperate to get custody back of her twin girls from first ex-husband Corey Simms. The former MTV couple's court date to decide guardianship has finally been set so hopefully their nasty custody battle for Ali and Aleeah will be decided soon. Will Leah get her daughters back full time or will the judge keep things the way they are?

According to Radar Online, Leah and Corey are both expected to attend the court hearing on January 27 with both the reality stars positive that the outcome will be in their favor.

"Corey thinks the judge will keep the arrangement the same," a source close to the MTV dad said. "Leah hasn't made any changes, so there's no reason to reverse the order."

As for Leah's side, a source told the gossip site, "She's optimistic. She knows she deserves to get her girls back." However, when it comes to boyfriend T.R. Dues she is still keeping tightlipped about their relationship.

"Leah knows it doesn't look good for her to have a new man in the house already," according to Radar.

As MStars News reported, rumors of a reconciliation between Leah and second ex-husband Jeremy Calvert ran rampant after the two spent time together after her daughter Ali's recital.

"They really missed each other," a source told In Touch Weekly. "They recently started hanging out again an awful lot, and they ended up getting really close."

However, Radar denied In Touch's report with its own source saying, "Jeremy was shocked by the story, because it couldn't be further from the truth. He and Leah are definitely not together, and haven't been since the divorce."

"[His daughter with Leah] Addie wanted to watch her sister, so of course Jeremy went and hung out for a while afterwards," the source went on.

Do you think Leah will get custody back of the twins or will Corey keep them during the week as it is now?
