Pippa Middleton Boyfriend Nico Jackson News: Couple Gets Comfortable Eating Hotdogs in London

Pippa Middleton was spotted hanging out with her new 2013 boyfriend Nico Jackson.  They were getting comfortable sharing a hotdog meal together in London. Jackson, who is a self made millionaire, could have chosen to impress his girlfriend with fine and exquisite cuisines, however the two have remained low key enjoying the simple things in life.

The two became official when Middleton debuted Jackson to the world as her beau on a recent ski trip.  They were spotted taking a romantic stroll in the Swiss resort town Saint Moritz. Onlookers observed that the two were very lovey dovey.

Jackson's parents, Martyn and Ulrike Jackson, have given their stamp of approval towards the blossoming romance.  According to Hello Magazine, Ulrike said, "They are happy and that is all that matters. As long as my children are happy, then I am happy.  And yes, they seem very happy - so that's the perfect answer for them, isn't it?"

Back in 2004, the Duchess of Cambridge Katherine Middleton was confirmed as Prince William's girlfriend after they were pictured together on a skiing holiday.  In February 2013, Hello Magazine reported that Prince Harry was spotted with rumored girlfriend Cressida Bonas on a skiing holiday in Switzerland. Skiing holidays seem to be a popular royal method to present your recent girlfriend or boyfriend to the world.
