Just weeks ahead of the premiere of the first season of American Crime Story: The People vs. O.J. Simpson, celebrity momager Kris Jenner talks what it's like being played by someone else on television. In the new Ryan Murphy miniseries, the Keeping up with the Kardashians matron is being portrayed by Selma Blair, in a look into the case that drove the world towards their TV sets.

According to People Magazine, Caitlyn Jenner's ex wife was recently on the NATPE Television convention in Florida, where she discussed FX's new anthology series, revealing her feelings about the upcoming show.

"I'm excited to see it. I'm excited in a lot of ways, and I'm anxious about it, and I want to see how it turns out, but I've heard it's really good," Jenner told the press at the event. "It will be kind of weird to watch it on TV as someone who lived that whole thing."

While everyone in America stuck to their television sets during the famous Simpson trial in the 1990's, Jenner was one of the people involved in the day-to-day of the event. Her first husband, and father of four of her children (Kourtney, Kim, Khloe and Rob), Robert Kardashian, was Simpson's defense attorney in the iconic case, and they were both friends with Nicole Simpson, the woman the football star had been accused of murdering.

Perez Hilton reports that Friends star David Schwimmer, who will be playing the Kardashian's father in the upcoming series, was initially reluctant to get in touch with the KUWTK clan to research for the role. The real-life attorney passed away in 2003 after an esophageal cancer, so Jenner and their very famous children were the best sources of information regarding that time; however, their daughters and son were too young at the time to remember much.

Eventually, Schwimmer and Jenner did catch up, and the actor said she had been "really, really generous with her time" explaining how the situation had gone down.

In any case, the first season of American Crime Story, centered around the infamous Simpson trial, will premiere on February 2.
