Justin Beiber Battery Update [PHOTOS]: Beibs Investigated for Assaulting Neighbor Following Argument Over Singer's Reckless Speed Racing

Canadian pop star Justin Bieber is young, rich, and famous.  When a teen like Bieber wants to play, a toy car just won't do.  The "Beauty and the Beat" singer took a racy ride in his specially delivered Ferrari  in the wee hours of the morning, disturbing his Calabasas, California neighborhood.

The car was delivered via flatbed to Bieber, late Tuesday night, according to TMZ. "The Biebs" started racing it up and down the streets and a disgruntled neighborhood, annoyed with the ferocious revving from the Ferrari engine, approached Bieber about his late night speed racing, and that is when the situation got ugly.

Police were called and Justin Bieber's neighbor accused the Grammy nominated artist of battery.  Police are currently investigating the situation although no arrests were made.

This is not Bieber's first Ferrari fauxpas.  Selena Gomez's ex boyrfriend's  white Ferrari made headlines February when his friend Lil Za was pulled over by the LAPD for dark tints, and was later handcuffed by police for driving with out a license. That same week , the Ferrari was in the repair shop Jan. 31, due to damages causes by another one of Bieber's rap friends, Lil Twist, according to TMZ.

So what's with Bieber's wrecklass Ferrai mishaps?  Is the car bad luck for the Canadian pop star?
