Ranveer Singh's 'Befikre' First Look: Actor Leaks Release Date [WATCH]

The makers of Ranveer Singh's Befikre have released the film's first look on Twitter. To keep the buzz around the film high, Singh has also shared a small video with his co-star Vaani Kapoor in which he has revealed the release date of the film.

Singh is currently riding high on the great success of his recently release film, Bajirao Mastani. The star, who is rumored to be dating Deepika Padukone, is currently preparing for Yash Raj Films' next romantic flick. Earlier today, along with the release date, the makers of the film has released the film's first poster and it shows the Eiffel Tower drawn using only hearts with a caption that reads: "Those who dare to love."

After some time, the production team of Yash Raj Films' shared another picture in which the Eiffel Tower is now being drawn by using symbols of love locks with a caption: "Let's meet tomorrow. Oui?"

The makers also shot a small video featuring Singh with his film's co-star to break the news of the release date of the film. In the small video, Kapoor is seen speaking French with fluency and after that Singh translates the entire sentence in Hindi for the fans and reveals the release date of the film.

According to NDTV Movies, the primary reason behind all the buzz is the fact that with Befikre, Aditya Chopra is making his return to directing after eight years. Up until now, Chopra has directed only three films: Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, Mohabbatein and Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi. In all his films, Chopra has always worked with Shah Rukh Khan and this will be the first time when he will be working along with Singh.

The plot of Bekire is not revealed by the production team but based on Chopra's earlier records, one thing is sure: Befikre is surely going to have some deep romantic sequences between Singh and Kapoor's respective characters.

The film is scheduled to release on Dec. 9..
