Adrienne Bailon had a bone to pick with some of her Instagram critics. Tuesday during The Real show, Bailon had to clear the air about her ex-fiance, Lenny Santiago. After followers believed that she was back with her ex, Bailon had to set the record straight and claims that "people can still be friends," even after they break up.

The rumors all started after Bailon and her ex were spotted at Kelly Rowland's 35th birthday party. After Bailon posted some snapshots with Rowland and Santiago in a photobooth session, things got wild and crazy.

Some Instagram users questioned the singer, and TV host's relationship with Santiago writing:

After noticing the comments, Bailon said during The Real segment: "People can still be friends. We hugged, I'm so proud of what he's doing," she told the audience and the rest of the ladies of the show.

MStars News previously reported that Bailon and Santiago ended their engagement some time last year. During that tough time, Bailon said: "I am not engaged anymore, and we're in a good place. We're gonna be great friends forever, and I think it was a hard decision to make when you're with somebody for such a long time."

But enough of that chatter, on to Ms. Rowland! The mother-of-one turned 35-years-old on February 11. Besides Bailon and her ex, Rowland also enjoyed other guest including her Destiny's Child sisters, Beyonce and Michelle Williams.

Rowland's party was held over the weekend at the Sunset Tower Hotel in Los Angeles. Happy Birthday Kelly Rowland!
