Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans can't go a day without some sort of drama surrounding her. After getting into an epic Twitter war with her costars, she now has to deal with the impending trial for assaulting her baby daddy Nathan Griffith's girlfriend Jessica Henry by throwing a glass jar at her head. Not only that, but there's video evidence of the incident that will be introduced.

According to Radar Online, Jenelle's lawyer Amy Loving told the prosecution still needs to turn over "the evidence - reports, videos, etc." The video is reportedly the MTV star after the incident telling the responding officer what happened according to her.

Radar then released part of Jenelle's version from the police report which said she "stated that she walked outside and the victim got out of the truck. The arrestee claimed that she was in fear, so she threw water at the victim and the jar slipped from her hand. The arrestee stated that the victim caught the jar and threw it back at the arrestee, striking her back and then broke."

Unfortunately for the North Carolina mom, the officer didn't believe her version of the events, especially the part where Jenelle says she was assaulted too.

"This would have made the broken glass somewhere farther in the driveway," the officer wrote as well as, "I looked and did not observe any redness or any other injury to the arrestee's back."

No trial date has been set yet.

As MStars News reported, Jenelle and Nathan's issues don't stop there. The reality star filed an arrest warrant recently against her ex for allegedly taking a car that was in their name that had $1000 of her belongings.

"In North Carolina, if he was found guilty or pleads guilty [to the misdemeanor larceny charge], he's facing up to 45 days in jail," a source told Radar. "But the reality of the situation, if that's all, he's not going to go jail. They will most likely put him on probation if he is found guilty."

Do you think Jenelle should go to trial for assault or should he take a plea deal?
