Bravo fans better get ready because The Real Housewives of New York is coming back! Season 8 is right around the corner and the series will return with some familiar faces, including Dorinda Medley, Ramona Singer, Sonja Morgan, and will also include some new faces -- one of which might be surprising, as it seems that returning housewife Bethenny Frankel might have a whole new faces when she returns to RHONY.

According to Radar Online, reports are saying that Frankel might be completely unrecognizable to her fans when she steps back in front of the camera as experts are saying that the 45-year-old reality star has gone under the knife to get a whole new face prior to the new season.

The Skinnygirl mogul has definitely been in the best shape of her life in recent months, and she shocked fans with her slimmed-down figure during Season 7 of the hit Bravo series, but now Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Sheila Nazarian is claiming that Frankel has gone under the knife to further alter her appearance.

"Bethenny appears to have had botox, fillers and some skin tightening like Ulthera, or Pelleve," the medical professional explained, according to TheCelebrityAuction. "The wrinkling around her eyes has improved, and depth of her tear troughs and laugh lines have been filled."

Another cosmetic surgeon, Zara Harutyunyan also weighed in on Frankel's features, saying, "Bethenny has not only had botox across her forehead and on her crows feet, but she also appears to have had hyaluronic acid to fill out the hollowness in her face."

We wouldn't call this extensive per say, as many of the housewives stars have admitted to getting fillers, and some have even done it on camera for fans to see.

The site is also reporting that Frankel has been known to get surgeries in the past, as she allegedly had work done following her split from ex hubby Jason Hoppy.
