Apollo Nida can't seem to stay out of trouble even behind bars. MStars News has learned that the former The Real Housewives of Atlanta star has landed himself in maximum security for 18 months after being found with a cellphone in prison. So who gave Nida a phone? Of course, his soon-to-be ex-wife, Phaedra Parks, would probably come to mind, but if you ask Radar Online she appears not to be the target.

The gossip site claimed that Parks isn't suspected of being the person that gave her husband the cellphone during her visit to the prison campus.

"Phaedra has not been questioned," a prison source revealed.

If you were watching this season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Parks finally decided to allow her young sons, Ayden 5, and Dylan 2, visit their father behind bars.

It was discovered back in February that Nida had been using a cellphone that was not allowed in prison to call friends and family. He is currently serving out his sentence in New Jersey at the Fort Dix Correctional Institute. Nida was previously sentenced to eight years for fraud and theft.

"The prison staff took Apollo's violation very seriously," a Fort Dix source claimed. "He was taken out of camp with the general population and placed in maximum security."

Nida's actions didn't just upset the prison staff, his reality star ego has also been making enemies with fellow prisoners.

"Apollo is not well-liked among the other prisoners because he thinks he's still a famous reality star," a source explained. "He wanted special treatment, and had a hard time adjusting to prison life."

Hopefully, Nida cleans up his actions and starts learning not to break rules. Below is a flashback of Nida talking about his life behind bars before he went away to prison once again.
