Season 11 of Bones continues after returning from its winter hiatus over on Fox. Will the married couple, Temperance Brennan (Emily Deschanel) and Seeley Booth (David Boreanaz) find themselves "singing acapella" after John Hodgins (TJ Thyne)' shocking twist!

As we previously mentioned, the team hasn't been the same since Aubrey (John Boyd) risked his life to save Hodgins as they unexpectedly found themselves near a bomb. Though the explosion sent them both to the hospital, Hodgins and Angela (Michaela Conlin) discovered the explosion has left Hodgins paralyzed. Knowing he can never walk again, Hodgins has sunk deeper into depression, becoming a bitter pill towards everyone.

In the recent recaps, with Arastoo deciding not to leave the country, Cam ended her relationship with Sebastian. With Hodgins's depression causing a rift with his wife, Angela couldn't help herself when Sebastian said the things she wanted to hear. Angela and Hodgins took a step in repairing their marriage but has the damage been done?

According to Buddy TV, a slideshow gallery has been released from the upcoming The Strike in the Chord. The Jeffersonian team finds itself investigating the death of the leader of the Lynwood University male acapella singing group, "The Whippersnaps." Booth ends up getting a surprise about Aubrey as they interrogate the remaining members pf the male group. Aubrey's very own college experience is brought to light as Hodgins because fascinated with an experimental nerve regeneration study.

As Entertainment Weekly reports, Booth (David Boreanaz) and Brennan (Emily Deschanel) are having major issues with their daughter's first report card. With Brennan's book smarts and Booth's street smarts combined, Christine is getting straight As in school, except for that E+.

Booth states "I don't know what that means. That's like one step up from an F. That's bad," which sets up a throwback to the season 6 premiere.

Bones continues Thursdays on Fox 8pm.
