The CW Network  has plans underway for Season 5 of Arrow. After the fight against Damien Dhark (Neal McDonough), is Oliver Queen aka The Green Arrow (Stephen Amell) and Felicity Smoak  (Emily Bett Rickards)'s Olicity relationship in the finale turning "scary?"

In our recent recap, as Thea (Willa Holland) witnessed Alex's death, the Green Arrow and his team worked against the clock to stop the launch codes. Even with the help of her father, Felicity was unable to stop one of the bombings. Damien seems to have gained more power as he absorbs the ancient artifact.

In our recent recap, the Green Arrow and Diggle (David Ramsey) found themselves at war with the residents inside the dome. After rescuing Thea from Malcolm (John Barrowman)'s brainwashing, Lonnie Machin decided to hold the Mayor and daughter hostage. The Green Arrow managed to rescue the daughter but he was too late to stop Lonnie from killing the Mayor. After losing his wife to Lonnie Machin, Damien decided it was time to burn the entire world to ashes.

In an interview with TV Line, Charlotte Ross, who plays Mama Smoak, had this to say about the finale, "intense, painful, shocking and scary"

The NYPD Blue actress adds, "It's very open-ended for many characters - to such a degree that you will have no idea how Season 5 will resume, and which characters may be returning or which characters will be gone for good."

Does this mean a end to Smoak's relationship with Quentin Lance (Paul Blackthorne)? Ross answers, "Paul and I have had many discussions about how Donna has potentially become his moral compass, as Laurel was, along with helping him deal with losing her. The question they both have now is: 'Where do we go from here?'"

Season 4 of Arrow continues on the CW for one more Wednesday at 8pm. The fourth season finale airs on May 25.
