Ahoy there POTC fans, the premiere of "Dead Men Tell No Tales" is slowly sailing nearer everyday! The much-awaited Disney film "Pirates of the Caribbean" is scheduled to show on the 26th of May in 2017.

Directors of the film Joachim Rønning and Espen Sandberg reveal that the film's plot will revolve around a quest by different characters to seek the powerful Trident of Poseidon, legend say that this treasure holds control over the seas.

First, (as reported before) the film will have the old "ghostly atmosphere" paying homage to the first POTC installment the "The curse of the Black Pearl". New cast Kaya Scodelario confirms this. This leads to...

The second spoiler, Captain Jack Sparrow is reported to get a love interest in the 5th POTC film according to MoviePilot. This love interest takes form of a character named Carina Smyth portrayed by new comer Kaya Scodelario. Carina's role is an academically minded young woman studying to become an astronomer, but the discrimination from her male colleagues drives her to prove herself by seeking Poseidon's Trident. This brings Carina to join Sparrow's crew.

Thirdly, according to The BitBag Dead Men Tell No Tales is said to be a comedy. Film actor Geoffrey Rush who plays Captain Hector Barbossa shared that the directors included plenty of scenes to give off a lighthearted fun experience when watching the movie. Rønning and Sandberg are working closely with scriptwriter Jeff Nathanson to accomplish this.

Fourth, is the awaited return of Will Turner who was last seen to be the Flying Dutchman's new captain. Spoilers claim that Will Turner and Elizabeth Swann's child named Henry Turner (played by Brenton Thwaites) is set on his own journey to save his father from the curse of Davy Jones.

Finally the Fifth (also from BitBag), Jack Sparrow is expected to die in battle with the vengeful Captain Salazar played by Javier Bardem. Spoilers say that the ghostly Salazar is out to kill all pirates especially Jack Sparrow in revenge for killing his brother.

Hopefully this proves to be wrong because no POTC fan in their right mind would ever want to see Jack Sparrow die. But with Poseidon's Trident there may spark hope of bringing Jack back to life. After all, this wouldn't be the first time Captain Jack Sparrow cheated his way out from death.
