Billy Bob Thornton opens up on his relationship with Angelina Jolie in the latest issue of GQ magazine. Thornton said that despite their public display of affection and their strange relationship rituals, he and Angelina could never see eye to eye. "I never felt good enough for her," the 61-year old actor exclaimed.

Billy Bob Thornton and Angelina Jolie had one of the strangest relationships in Hollywood. In the early 2000s when the two first hooked up, people saw the oddest affections of their love. There were tattoos, blood vials and PDAs that were often the headlines of tabloids.  The two divorced in 2003 and claimed to remain friends even today.

Pop Sugar reported that Billy Bob claimed that Angelina's passion for politics and her humanitarian work did nor really match with his lifestyle. The "Bad Santa 2" actor exclaimed that his laid-back kind of life was not actually what the "Tomb Raider" actress wanted. "I'm real uncomfortable around rich and important people." Thornton said that he likes what he is and does not plan to change.

During the interview for the magazine, he showed his tattoos of the actress saying that her name was just "resting there." He had one of her name on his leg and then another one on his arm. He also has names of his wife, Connie Angland and his 12-year old daughter, Bella inked on his arm.

Meanwhile People also reported on Billy Bob's quoting Angelina Jolie. The report mentioned that her involvement with the United Nations is completely contrary from his preference of just being at home, watching sports. The actor also revealed that he and Jolie still get along and would talk every few months if they find time despite their busy schedules.

His wife Connie shares Billy Bob's love for the low-key life and is completely different from the Hollywood actress and philanthropist.
