'RHOC' Star Lauri Peterson's Son Arrested Again! Josh Waring Facing Attempted Murder Case

The ex-star of "Real Housewives of Orange County", Lauri Peterson's son Josh Waring has been charge again of another criminal offense.

Lauri Peterson's son Josh Waring is subjected to face his 12 charges in his attempted murder case. He is charged with three counts of attempted murder, two counts of firearm assault and other reckless moves.

Radar Online stated that while Waring is in custody, he keeps an alcoholic substance called Pruno, an alcoholic beverage that made up of certain fruits and a crumbled bread that helps to ferment. If he convicted of the said charge he will be sentenced for more years behind the bars.

There are claims that Waring is involved in a confrontation with one of the resident before. The neighbor also reported a stolen BMW SUV before the police arrive on the scene. He was busted after a helicopter spotted him with the stolen vehicle.

Waring was also involved in a car chase with police after he refuses to pull over but later he surrenders. Though there is no gun found in the car, the police have found evidence of stolen vehicle that is connected to a shooting incidence. Orange County Jail gave three counts against Waring after that chasing scenery.

According to Mail Online, earlier of this month, he has been charged with attempted murder that is connected in a shooting incidence on June 20. He was accused by a  35-year old man in his torso and stealing BMW SUV. Eyewitnesses told the police that Waring shot a man that named Daniel Lopez.

After Waring was tracked down by the helicopter, the Orange County Sheriff Department took him into custody at a warehouse nearby Santa Ana. Waring said that he never shoot anyone, he was under the influence and chased by the police. Everything "was a mistake of a bad timing," he said.

The complaint reveals that Josh Waring will face harsh judgment for personal use of firearms. Some claim that he previously lived once at the facility and have been involved in some violence using drugs and failure to follow the rules. But he set the bail $1 million dollars and pled not guilty to the three counts of attempted murder. Now Waring will face the charges to the judge when he appears to the court by the end of the month.
