On Tuesday, Leah Remini revealed shocking aspects of Scientology during a Reddit AMA while promoting the premiere of her new series A&E, "Leah Remini: Scientology and the Aftermath." She's teaming with the TV network to release a series that documents her entire 30 years in the church. It exposes many revelations, mistreatments, and some prophecies. An information has revealed was the church believes that Tom Cruise was the Messiah.

Sounds ridiculous but it was confirmed by Remini. According to Perez Hilton, during a Q&A, one of the Reddit users got confused if Scientologist does believe that Tom Cruise is their Savior? "Is Tom Cruise really the 'Messiah?" the curiosity for an answer whether it is true has just confirmed by Leah Remini, stating "To the 'Church,' yes. Parishioners believe that he is singlehandedly changing the planet because that is what the 'Church' is telling them."

Now, that's maybe a good start for her documentary for viewers to watch how she uncover the truths about the church and to keep watchers to look out for more. But Remini claimed that she has received a phone call with some high people in the church. One was Tom Cruise, urging her to use her influence at CBS to pull the network out of airing a negative story about the church and to get 60 Munites report bust from broadcast.

She called Les Moonves and tried to squash the story but she got slammed and told that they're all getting the same story from him. Moonves clarifies that he doesn't care if Leah Remini, Tom Cruise, or if it is Jenna Elfman, The Hollywood Reporter.

A&E has already received a lot of unwanted and threatening letters from the Church of Scientology and has described Remini as "has-been actress" and a "spoiled, entitled diva." Remini had her lawyer and send a letter to the Scientology demanding to retract the letter and pays her over $1.5 million compensation. She then stated that it is just a small amount compared to what she donated to the church amounting to $3 million during her time with the church.
