Hear an Unreleased Elliott Smith Song from the Upcoming Either/Or Reissue
Elliot Smith, (1960 -2003), an American music all-rounder, musician, singer, songwriter, and lyrics expert from Nebraska, US. Smith wrote, sang and composed many chart buster Songs like Angels, Say Yes, Miss Misery etc. His last rock band was Heatmaster form which he parted in 1994 and started solo.
Smith also won nomination for the Academy award for "Miss Misery". This time, on the 20th anniversary of Elliot Smit, his un-released songs will be re-issued. The songs will be recorded and produced by "Kill rock Star" reports Rolingstone.
Kill Rocl Star will be releasing his album "Either/Or" recorded back in 1997. The edition updated with Digital formats, 2-CD and 2 LP will be released on 10th March 2017 along with his unreleased unique recordings. The concert also includes Smith's unreleased song "I figured you out" which he sang back in 1995 on the occasion of his audition with folk artist Mary Lou Lord. The song was sang, produced and written by Smith.
The songs have been recomposed from the initial taps of Lary Crane, archivist of Smiths's estate. Kill Rock Star is believed to have chosen the unreleased album "Either/Or" for surprise release because of its quality, poetry and standard composition by Smith while he was on his peak.
According to The Fader, the album Either/Or include some of Smiths best studio songs with original album and five tracks from a set recorded live in Olypmia including YO YO a GO GO. The tribute from Kill Rock Star is expected to attract Music lovers.
Elliot Smith's songs don't seem to be 20 years old rather their qualities, sound, music and lyrics make them compatible with modern day demand of music lovers. Smith is known for brilliant live performance on guitar.
