Holmes and Foxx are rumored to be in a secret relationship. However, they have not made their relationship public amidst Holmes' agreement with her ex-husband, Tom Cruise. Despite their minimal public appearance together, Foxx and Holmes have been heating up their romance secretly, according to a report published by The Inqusitr.

The publication reports that Holmes and Foxx bid farewell to the year 2016 together in Miami, where they both had a romantic dinner. In addition, they also spent a few days of their holiday love voyage at Soho House Miami.

According to an insider, Cruise' ex-wife and Foxx were spotted holding hands as they walked beside a pool at midnight. In addition, the insider told that the couple is actually very serious about each other.

It is believes that Holmes and Foxx have been dating each other since 2013. Earlier reports surfaced that they have broken up, claiming that Foxx is a carefree guy who takes things easy. So their relationship had come down to the fact that whether or not he is committed enough.

But their time spent together indicates that all is going well between them. In fact, In Touch Weekly speculated that they may have even married to each other, which is apparent from the similar jewelry that they wore on their left finger. However, Holmes has always denied rumors of them being together.

Holmes and Cruise separated after former's concern about her husband's Scientology beliefs. She feared that Scientology would turn her daughter, Suri Cruise, against her, just like what happened with Nicole Kidman.

The ex-couple ended their six years of marriage. Scientology is believed to be one of the reasons why Cruise has not met her daughter, Suri, even once in the last three years.
