'Ocean's Eight' Casts Katie Holmes and James Corden

"Oceans Eight", a spinoff of the American comedy heist film "Ocean's Eleven", "Ocean's Twelve", and "Ocean's Thirteen" has cast another A-list actress to its cast.

ET has confirmed that Katie Holmes Will have a cameo in the highly anticipated movie to be released 2018, which stars Anne Hathaway, Sandra Bullock, Cate Blanchett, Rihanna, Helena Bonham Carter and Mindy Kaling.

Katie was spotted arriving on set of "Oceans Eight" in New York on a Wednesday casually wearing a multi-colored coat, jeans, loafers and carrying a large black handbag.

"I'm a fan of all the Ocean's movies. So I'm happy that it has so many women in it, so many amazing actresses. It's really so much fun being a part of," Holmes said in an interview. "I play myself. It's just a cameo."

But Katie isn't the only celebrity to have a cameo in the movie. Matt Damon, who played as the pickpocket Linus Caldwell with Brad Pitt and George Clooney on the Ocean's trilogy will also make a cameo in the film.

"Late Late Show" host James Corden is also cast into the movie. According to Deadline, as the group plans and executes a heist in New York, James will play an insurance investigator who will grow reservations of the group.

Aside from "Ocean's Eight", Corden has appeared in other feature films, namely "The Lady In The Van," "Into the Woods" and "Begin Again." James also has voiced characters on "Trolls," along with the up and coming "The Emoji Movie" and "Peter Rabbit."

On February 12, James is also slated to host the 59th Grammy Awards.

"Ocean's Eight" is scheduled for release in June 8, 2018. The film will be distributed worldwide by Warner Bros. Pictures, and in selected areas by Village Roadshow Pictures.
