Sean Kingston, Wiz Khalifa, and Chris Brown are setting the mood for summer, with their "summer anthem," (as Chris Brown refered to it), "Beat It."

Sean Kingston is older, more, mature, and ready to call summer 2013 his own. The "Fire Burning" singer stepped onto the scene with his 2007 break out song "Beautiful Girls," when he was just a teen. On his latest single "Beat It," with Wiz Khalifa and Chris Brown, Kingston scores another hit with the ladies.

"Beat It" will appear of Kingston's upcoming album Back to Life. Kingston chatted with Rap Up about how the collaboration with Wiz and Brown came about.

Chris was in my house one day. He was doing a painting on my wall and he heard the song and was like, 'Yo, what record is that?'" Kingston tells Rap-Up.com. "I was like, 'I think this is gonna be my first single.' And he was like, 'Put me on.' I was like, 'Man, you bullshitting.' He was like, 'Nah, put me on.'"

Wiz hopping on the track just seemed like the perfect fit. Kingston said, "We went to the studio the next day and [Chris] did the record and I played it for Wiz and Wiz said the same thing." "I never initially asked these people to go on the record. This was all organic. They wanted to be a part of the record, so it's just a blessing."
