‘Pirates Of The Caribbean 5’ Reveals Johnny Depp’s Jack Sparrow With New Ship, Old Avatar

"Pirates of the Caribbean 5" recently released synopsis revealing that Johnny Depp's character Captain Jack Sparrow will have a new ship. However, his overall role will be almost similar to what he has been reprising ever since the inception of the franchise.

"Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales," will show the swashbuckling anti-hero, iconic Sparrow returning to the screen. The storyline revealed so far indicates that Captain Sparrow will have to fight the deadly Captain Salazar and his ghostly crew.

Somehow, Salazar, played by Javier Bardem, manages to defy the restriction of the sea. Now, he is hell bent on killing Sparrow. The winds of ill-fortune are now blowing against Jack who now has to find the "Trident of Poseidon" in order to survive the attack of Salazar, ComingSoon reported.  

The synopsis says that in "Pirates of the Caribbean 5," Salazar and his crew will try to kill almost every pirate that they come across but their main intention is to strangle Jack Sparrow, and that is why Johnny Depp's character will have no other alternative but to find an uncomfortable alliance with Carina Smyth played by Kaya Scodelario.

Carina is a brilliant and beautiful astronomer and along with her and a young Royal Navy sailor Henry (Bento Thwaites), Depp chalks out a plan to beat Salazar, reports Comicbook. The name of Sparrow's old ship was "The Black Pearl" which really sounded intimidating. However "Dying Gull," the name of his new ship sounds dull in comparison.

He will need this ship to counteract the assaults from his most deadly foe till date effectively. After all, it is the war on the sea and "Pirates of the Caribbean 5" will be all about how Jack Sparrow along with Henry & Carina try to reach the "Trident of Poseidon" and defeat the biggest enemy, Captain Salazar.

Incidentally, Orlando Bloom will also be reprising the role of Will Turner who happens to be the father of Henry. So, it would be interesting to watch how Johnny Depp, Orlando Bloom and the rest of the cast battle it out in the "Pirates of the Caribbean 5."
