Nintendo fans can enjoy the retro original Super Mario Bros just downloading the game from the Virtual Console (NES ROM games).  A new report confirmed that Super Mario Bros NES ROM files downloaded from the internet could be the same that people find on Nintendo Wii Console Virtual port, the company original version.

The investigation was published by Eurogamer, they explained that Nintendo ROM (with original game content) is similar to the Super Mario Bros ROMs, the emulator game. This mean, that the games most people download online to use in a Virtual Console, like a digital copy of Super Mario Bros, it's an emulator probably used too on Nintendo Consoles. The only difference is that the company sells it like an original.

'Nintendo' publically has informed, that users that download games from unofficial sources should know it can be considered an illegal act.  Which means, that some users are using a fake software or a pirated copy.

However, Eurogamer (source) contacted the company to send all the proof they had, about the company using same illegal-copied ROM in Nintendo original Consoles, for sales purpose. Apparently, a company rep received the information and discovered the ROM content (from unofficial sources) sent to them, was identical to the one used by Nintendo.

About the similarities found, the company rep finally confirmed the ROMS from Nintendo Wii indeed matches with the NES files downloaded online, so it means they were using a fake version too. It's possible but not official.

For the ones who still miss Nintendo Classic Mini NES consoles, now is possible to play with the NES games. The line includes originals like; Super Mario Bros. Trilogy, The Legend of Zelda, Final Fantasy, Mega Man 2, Castlevania and Castlevania II: Simon's Quest, shares  Express. Now, is possible to play too NES games with Nintendo Switch like the classic Donkey Kong.

The NES games count with interesting functions, compared to Console original games. The user doesn't need to restart a game when stop playing for a while or pause it, different to the console games that request a password after a certain time to continue the game or need to restart.

After the ROMs files incident, the company denied all connections found with Nintendo ROM, not original files usage, and not making any public announcement about the NES files coincidence.
