Ed Sheeran’s Dual Single Inspires Drake To Rewrite Songs

Ed Sheeran is yet again heading to set the records for his songs "Shape Of You" and "Castle On The Hill" on the world wide charts. The songs are expected to get a hold of the top two places. U.K. being Sheeran's Native has witnessed the third week running for the songs, which are also listed among the top 10 in the U.S. along with some other countries.

With more than one release simultaneously, Sheeran is considered as a remarkable musician for his songs. Drake who was inspired by Sheeran also went out for multiple releases last year.

Many record companies were also encouraged or even forced due to the sales and headline that were generated this year to consider the new strategy of song release. Sheeran's multiple releases also perturbed many other bands, as he received mixed results for his piece of art, as per Official Charts.

According to the Official Chart Updates in Britain, which happens weekly, Sheeran's both songs supposedly perceive a good performance on both streaming and downloads. The song "Shape Of You" had 28,000 downloads and three million streams in just three days, making the sing at the top.

The two songs are expected to be a part of Sheeran's new album, which is likely to be out on March 3. Drake also followed by releasing two of his songs at the same time in April 2016, featuring Kyla and Wizkid for "One Dance", was absolute massive hit and broke the records for streaming and also topped the chart in many countries. "Pop Style" featuring The Throne was also placed in the 16position among the top 100 in the billboard, Forbes reported.  

Tinie Tempah, a rapper in U.K was the first after Sheeran to do a doubling up. One of his confirmed singles for 2017, featuring the R&B star Tinashe from U.S is "Text From Your Ex", which he coupled up with "Chasing Flies".

Sheeran, with his artistic work of putting together smooth and pop, serves better to publicise his new album. Youth one of Tempah's third studio collections is expected to be out in March. "Not Letting Go" is one of his singles, which came out in 2015 summer, and will be included in his album.
