‘Thor: Ragnarok’ Actor Tom Hiddleston Reveals a Loki-Hela Teamup Possiblity

Loki has been known to be one of the most loved baddies in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. With the new villain Hela causing some problems in "Thor: Ragnarok," how does it affect the god of mischief? Tom Hiddleston gives some insight.

Speaking with IGN for the movie "Kong: Skull Island", Hiddleston explained that Hela, played by Cate Blanchette, is a character that is full of surprises. Her character would have gone along well with Loki in "Thor: Ragnarok," however the circumstances didn't allow it, he added.

Hela would once again reunite the brothers Loki and Thor, played by Chris Hemsworth, in this third installment of the "Thor" series. Called the goddess of death, Hela brings a different kind of destruction in "Thor: Ragnarok" that the brothers have to face, and only by working together will they be able to defeat her. And since Loki is a mischievous god, possible backstabbing could take place between him and the god of thunder.

Meanwhile, another MCU character is scheduled to appear on "Thor: Ragnarok." After Thor's cameo at the end of "Doctor Strange", Doctor Strange himself will lend a hand to Thor in "Thor: Ragnarok." When asked how Loki feels about the Sorcerer Supreme, Hiddleston states that Loki dismisses the sorcerer.

As Comic Book reported, he clarifies this by stating that Loki has been doing magic for centuries, while Strange has only been at it for a short time. He also admits to find his magic impressive, although he doesn't really care about it.

However, the arrogant attitude of Loki may also have a hand in the statement. After all, would a god admit defeat against a mortal? Unless it is the Hulk, which would also have a cameo in "Thor: Ragnarok", maybe not.

"Thor: Ragnarok" is bringing Asgard to the cinemas again on November 2017.
