In this episode, Congresswoman Fleming (Mary Stuart Masterson) tries to convince Vance to switch careers. She wants Director Vance to enter politics.

Of course, this person is no other than Agent Gibbs (Mark Harmon). Fans may remember that Vance already offered the position of NCIS Director to Gibbs in a previous episode.
