Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth were recently dogged by secret wedding rumors anew after the "Hannah Montana" alum's dad posted a photo on Instagram showing her in what looked like a wedding dress. And now, they are beset with talk that they are already planning to have children as construction workers started building a children's playground and a nursery in their Malibu property.

Billy Ray Cyrus set tongues wagging about a wedding between Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth. That is because of a photo he shared on Instagram in a white cotton top. However, the country singer cleared up speculations using the same photo, Vanity Fair wrote. Furthermore, the former Disney star's mother stated that when her younger daughter gets married, she would not be wearing the aforementioned dress. Even the "Wrecking Ball" hitmaker's older sister Brandi made her thoughts known regarding Miley's said top.

But after the wedding rumors were brushed aside, a brand new talk about Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth planning a family cropped up. Mail Online shared aerial photos of the couple's Malibu spread and showed that some construction has been going on. "The Last Song" pair are said to be converting some parts of their property into a children's playground as well as a nursery.

Additionally, the 24-year-old pop singer is also busy adding knick-knack to their property. In fact, there is now an inflatable balloon hanging around the swimming pool of Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth. That addition is making the section look more like a children's playground rather than an adults' lounging area.

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth have a combined 10-acre Malibu estate. Chris Hemsworth's brother bought his 7.4-acre property in July 2014. Meanwhile, Cyrus snapped the neighboring property in 2016. All in all, the couple cashed out almost $10 million for their Malibu spread.
