Xiaomi Mi 6 and Mi 6 Plus Pricing Leaked And New Poster Reveals Launch Date On April 19

Xiaomi Mi 6 and Mi 6 Plus smartphones may hit the tech market on April 19, 2017. A leaked poster on Chinese website hints that the smartphone will be officially announced at a press conference that is expected to be held next week. In addition to the launch, there are details mentioned with respect to the price tags of different variants of the Xiaomi Mi 6 and Mi 6 Plus.

As per the poster leaked on Weibo, the Xiaomi Mi 6 and Mi 6 Plus release date when translated can be seen set for April 19, 2017. The text available on the poster translates to, 'You waited 203 days, we waited 7 years. On April 19, millet 6 new conference.'

In addition to the text, there is an official Mi symbol found on the poster. This clearly indicates that the smartphone will boom in the tech market next week. However, earlier reports claimed that the smartphones would be officially launched today.

According to another Weibo leak, the pricing details of the Xiaomi Mi 6 and Mi 6 Plus smartphones were also found. The Xiaomi Mi 6 is tipped to arrive with a starting price tag of 2,199 Yuan ($318.46) and the Xiaomi Mi 6 Plus at 2,699 Yuan ($390.87).

The Xiaomi Mi 6 variant with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage combination is tipped to arrive with a price tag of 2,199 Yuan ($318), while the another variant carrying a 4GB of RAM and 128GB internal storage combination is tipped to have a price tag of 2,599 Yuan ($376)

The Xiaomi Mi 6 Plus variant with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage combination is tipped arrive at 2,699 Yuan ($390), a 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage combination variant is tipped to arrive at price of 3,099 Yuan ($448) and a 6GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage variant at 3,699 Yuan ($535). Xiaomi has not made any official statement yet on the pricing details of these two smartphones.
