According to Anime News Network, "K: Seven Stories" has been set for a summer 2018 debut in theaters. Fans may wonder why the anime will be unveiled in theaters. This is because the story is a theatrical anime. The feature has made it unique from among other franchises.

The outlet notes that it is unclear if "K: Seven Stories" will be composed of seven parts. However, the official website has announced that the project will start rolling out "sequentially." It can be safe to assume that the story will be cut in a number of parts.

"K: Seven Stories" will once again see Shingo Suzuki as the director. He will also reprise his task as the character designer. Production will keep rolling at the GoHand studio. While the anime will be helmed by Suzuki, fans should note that GoHands and GoRa still has the credit for the original story.
