Recent "Star Wars" The Last Jedi" spoilers tease an epic fight between Luke Skywalker and the Knights of Ren and Kylo Ren and Rey. During this battle, Rey supposedly loses her hand and Luke nearly kills Kylo.

This fight between the characters in "Star Wars: The Last Jedi" happens when Kylo Ren and the Knights of Ren catches up to Rey in Ahch-To. During this time, Rey has already started training with Luke about the ways of The Force. The enemies' arrival becomes part of Rey's training and Luke convinces her to kill Kylo, according to The Express.

Rey and Kylo fight each other on the coast of Ahch-To and they end up on a cliff. Kylo still has the crossguard lightsaber from "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" but he does not have his helmet on. He also wears the same costume as seen in the film. In "Star War: The Last Jedi" Kylo wants his revenge after Rey disgraced him and he wants to kill Rey.

According to the publication, Rey and Kylo's fight in "Star Wars: The Last Jedi" ends with Rey missing. She could be hanging for dear life on the edge of the cliff and severely wounded. It is also likely that she lost her hand (in keeping with Star Wars lore).

Meanwhile, Luke Skywalker battles the Knights of Ren on the shore in "Star Wars: The Last Jedi." He uses The Force to take out an approaching black knight brandishing an ax. He then ignites his green lightsaber and kills each Knight one-by-one. Luke then notices that Rey is missing so he casually approaches Kylo to kill him. However, Kylo retreated when he saw that the Knights of Ren are defeated.

It is unclear what happens next, whether Luke kills Kylo or let him escape. Regardless, the trailer for the movie seems to confirm this fight between Rey and Kylo. According to Screenrant, the scene that shows Rey running and then igniting her lightsaber in Ahch-To is from her duel with Kylo.

Likewise, Daisy Ridley hinted at the possibility that Rey loses her hand during a podcast interview on "My Dad Wrote A Porno." "Injured emotionally or physically? I'll say... yes," she said when asked if Rey gets wounded in "Star Wars: The Last Jedi."
