A recent report revealed that Christopher Nolan's Syncopy is the production company for "Bond 25." Meanwhile, Tom Hardy is said to replace Daniel Craig as the new James Bond.

IMDB stirred reports that Nolan will direct "Bond 25" after it listed the film under his company Syncopy. The site has since corrected this information, but not before fans dug up details on why the "Inception" director is perfect for the film. For starters, Nolan has been vocal about his interest to direct a Bond movie.

According to Indiewire, Nolan admitted his love for Bond movies since he was a kid. He also expressed his interest to direct one of the Bond films in the future. "For me, they're always about the expansiveness of cinema. The first Bond films set up infinite possibilities about the world they create," he said.

Of course, Nolan has since to comment on reports that he will direct "Bond 25." However, if this happens then fans already have their guess on who would make a good replacement for Craig. Hardy has been in the running to portray the character and now bets are high that he will be the new James Bond.

Hardy and Nolan have worked on several films together including "Inception," The Dark Knight Rises" and the upcoming WWII film "Dunkirk." The pair is a perfect match to be involved in "Bond 25." Likewise, Hardy spoke highly of Nolan and said that he would be a "fantastic director" for a Bond movie. "I think when you mention someone like Christopher Nolan, that's a very powerful figure to bring into that world who could bring something new and create something profound again," Hardy said as quoted by The Express.

As for taking on the role of James Bond in "Bond 25," Hardy made it clear that he wants to be part of the franchise just as much as Nolan. Likewise, bets are high on the actor replacing Craig. A spokesperson from Ladbrokes revealed that there are no bets on other actors but only on Hardy.
