"Fargo" is one of the most successful series on FX. Due to its unique storyline and impressive style viewers have been looking to watch more of it. Unfortunately, FX CEO revealed that "Fargo" Season 4 is unlikely.

In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, FX Chief John Landgraf was asked how far can "Fargo" can go. Unfortunately, fans might not love what they will about to read.

"There may never be another Fargo," John Landgraf said. "Unless Noah has an idea for Fargo that he thinks he can make as good as the prior three. I think once people get to the end of this [season] they will find that it is thematically different. It's really about the moment we live in now."

"Fargo" Season 3 a black comedy-crime drama is critically acclaimed due to its stand-out cast that includes Ewan McGregor as Ray and Emmit Stussy. It also includes Carrie Coon, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Nikki Swango and David Thewlis.

The current season revolves around the feud between the two brothers Emmit and Ra Stussy both played by Ewan McGregor. Emmit is a financially successful and happily married man. He is a self-proclaimed "Parking Lot King of Minnesota." Meanwhile, his brother, Ray is a struggling probation officer who feels betrayed by Emmit over their father's inheritance and it's where their conflict started.

For those who love the show, the third could be its last. However, John Landgraf's comment does not seal the fate of the TV show yet. It just means that there is no plan for "Fargo" Season 4 at the time, but there is still a possibility.

"Fargo" is written in an anthology format with different storylines, casts and characters making it easier for writers to do another run. However, since it is stage throughout various times and periods in mid-western Minnesota, the creator should be creative enough to keep it interesting.

A number of big names in the Hollywood appear in "Fargo," including Billy Bob Thornton, Martin Freeman, Bob Odenkirk and Kirsten Dunst, per Screenrant.
