Emblem3 Joins Selena Gomez On The North American Leg Of Her Stars Dance World Tour This Summer
Emblem3, former 'X Factor' trio, will be joining Selena Gomez for the North American leg of her Stars Dance World Tour this summer.
News that the 'X Factor' finalists, Keaton and Wesley Stromberg and Drew Chadwick, will be opening for Gomez at her North American performances broke on May 16, according to Hollywood Life.
"We're so psyched to be touring North America and Canada later this year, hitting a bunch of cities our fans haven't seen us in yet. We've been looking to get back out and couldn't think of anyone more dope than Selena to do it with. Gonna be a fun ride!" the Emblem3 boys wrote in a statement about joining the tour, Hollywood Life reports.
The three-piece boy band and 20-year-old pop singer have not even met yet, Ryan Seacrest reports. They will be meeting for the first time and the Billboard Music Awards on May 19.
Wesley Stromberg told Hollywood Life that a girl has to "be a shining spirit," to get his attention. Meanwhile, Chadwick looks for a "pure-hearted" girl with a "genuine heart" and a "pure smile." He would also like as girl who would "stand for righteousness, be flexible and do yoga." More importantly, however, he wants a girls who would 'play naked Twister."
Gomez recently said, "yep," she is, in fact, single in an interview with Kiss FM, Hollywood Life reports. Although things with Justin Bieber remain a bit unclear, some people wonder what this summer has in store for the 20-year-old pop star as she tours with Emblem 3.
Gomez' Stars Dance World Tour will kick off on August 14, in Vancouver, Canada, according to Ryan Seacrest.
