Justin Bieber Bad Neighbor: Selena Gomez's Ex Boyfriend Reportedly 'Nightmare' Neighbor, Drives Ferrari Recklessly, Makes Noise, Children Saw Him Smoke Pot?

Justin Bieber may be one of the biggest musicians on the planet, but he is apparently a nightmare neighbor, according to a report by TMZ.

Neighbors in the wealthy, gated Calabasas community in Los Angeles County, Ca. told the celebrity gossip site that Bieber rode around on his Segway while smoking marijuana directly in front of some little children.

Bieber was allegedly riding alongside a friend who was also smoking a joint.

The neighbors told TMZ that the homeowner's board plans to do something about Bieber's actions, including talking to cops. The police said they would start to tow any vehicles left on the street overnight, which apparently happens often when Bieber and his friends throw parties.

The residents said Bieber and his friends have caused a ruckus in the neighborhood and they have called cops twice in the last five days to complain about an unbearably loud noise emanating from Bieber's house at 3 a.m. when parties were still raging.

The neighbors said Bieber has caused problems in his Ferrari and on his motorcycle, including an incident on Memorial Day when he made all kinds of noise as he drove through the neighborhood at night. Bieber reportedly often drives recklessly and almost hit a neighbor as he pulled out of his driveway on Sunday.

The homeowner's board also believes that Bieber is running a business from his home, which violates community rules. The board argues that those living at Bieber's house manage his life and, thus, his career. The board members are particularly annoyed that security guards sleep in Bieber's garage.
