During the finale of the seventh season of "Britain's Got Talent," an unruly viola player pelted notoriously narky judge Simon Cowell with eggs. Though the culprit, Natalie Holt, was on stage as a back up performer for the Opera-singing brothers Richard and Adam Johnson, she still walked straight up to the edge of the stage to get in range of the judge's table. After the attack and the performance, Cowell said, "I tweeted yesterday that I didn't like eggs. Now I really don't like them."

The disgruntled viola player, who was a contestant on the popular talent contest series last year, did manage to make the judge change his coat after the egg ordeal but was escorted off-stage by security. Her interruption did not seem to cause too much of a distraction for Richard and Adam Johnson during their performance of "The Impossible Dream," however. The brothers were commended by Cowell on his Twitter account:

After the show and the egging, Natalie Holt released a statement apologizing to the brothers. "I want to apologize to Richard and Adam for overshadowing their performance," she said. "I've never done anything like this before and in hindsight I have realized it was a silly thing to do." Richard and Adam came in third on this season of "Britain's Got Talent." Simon had some other Twitter updates as well:
