These Hearts, Christian pop-punk band, is expected to release their second full-length studio album, 'Yours To Take,' on July 9.

The new album will be recorded by Kevin Kumetz (With The Punches), mixed by Andrew Wade (A Day To Remember) and mastered by Joey Sturgis (Asking Alexandria). The cover artwork for the album was done by Zeb Love (Avett Brothers). The album will feature interesting harmonic content as well as its fair share of throaty screams.

The band released a lyric video in early June for their song, 'Miserable,' which will appear on their upcoming album.

In addition, the album will feature new songs including 'This Is Love,' 'The Inconvenience,' 'Psycho,' 'Undecided Story,' 'War,' and 'Nevermind Me.' The album will feature guest artists such as Bert Poncet of the band Chunk! No, Captain Chunk ('This Is Love') and Mattie Montgomery of the band For Today ('War').

"If you're genuine in your music, the fans are going to tell. Hopefully there's different songs where someone can grab onto this and theres a song where someone can grab onto that," said Kyle Colby, guitar player for the band, in part 1 of their 'Yours To Take' preview video. "I don't really think there's like a bad song or a back-burner song on this album, so we're all really proud of that."

"After the last album was released there was a lot of negative comments on the internet about it. I think that really helped us grow and like build ourselves up to where we are now," expained Isaiah Folk, drummer for the band, in the part 1 video. "Being professional musicians, you know, we wanted to up the game a little bit and I think that the songs came out a lot bigger and better."

"I would say the vision for this album was to grow up a little bit," Daryl Van Beek, guitar player for the band, agreed. "Going into the first album we weren't signed, we weren't touring, this wasn't as big a part of our lives as it is now. We're trying to always take a step further and grow and do everything we can to make this more of a career."

In the part 2 video, lead vocalist, Ryan Saunders, spoke a bit about the album as well. "Knowing that our last record, from Facebook messages and e-mails, was helping and touching kids it's like cool to think that this record can touch that many more people," he said. "We're living proof that your dreams and aspirations can come true."

The title of the album, 'Yours To Take,' represents the band's aim to take the initiative on this new work and really make it their own. "We put our heart and soul into every song that's on this newest record, there was a lot of people telling us how they wanted us to sound, but this album was kind of the last couple of years deciding, this is exactly how, us as a band, we found our sound," Saunders.

Many of the band members grew up in small towns and this has really been their way of breaking out and making something of themselves beyond small-town life.

"We've had so many different experiences on the road that we can write about now," explained Tyler Rice, bassist for the band. "It didn't necessarily like harden us, but it made us like realize what we needed to do, and I'm kind of thankful for the people that hated us for what we did because it made us grow that much more."

The five-piece band released their last album, 'Forever Ended Yesterday,' in 2011 and have since begun touring and will continue to tour until late July.

These Hearts is currently offering to send personal thank you videos to fans who send a screen shot of their confirmed pre-order to the band at these-hearts@hotmail.com.
