Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox 'Fight': Fiance Justin Theroux Creates Rift, 'Friends' Starlet 'Ditches' BFF's Birthday Party? Wedding, Pregnant Rumors Swirl as Friendship 'Fizzles'

Poor Jennifer Aniston - although the former "Friends" starlet tries to keep her personal life hush-hush, shady rumors still persist. Apparently, the 44-year-old actress is currently in a fight with fellow co-star and close gal-pal Courteney Cox... and it's all because of Aniston's fiance Justin Theroux. Ever since the two "Wanderlust" lovebirds got engaged, Aniston has totally ditched her friends - and Cox is sick of it. As he wedding and pregnancy rumors continue to swirl, it looks like Aniston's friendship with the 49-year-old "Scream" starlet is coming to an end. Does that just sound totally ridiculous?

A recent National Enquirer report declares, “For two decades, nothing could come between former ‘Friends’ co-stars Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox -but now it looks like Jen’s fiancé Justin Theroux has managed to create a rift."

Apparently Cox finally had enough when Aniston ditched-out on her recent birthday party (Cox turned 49 on June 15). Theroux's so "overly controlling," he wants Aniston to stop hanging out with ALL her friends. So that's exactly what she did. Cox is now "so upset she's ready to kiss the friendship goodbye for good." Aniston absence at Cox's June 16 bash was allegedly the "talk of the party."

According to a supposed insider, Aniston was of course invited to the party, but gave "a lame excuse of being tired" and bailed last-minute. When Cox later found out the truth, she was heartbroken. Apparently, Theroux wants Aniston to "freshen up her friends list [and] gave her so much grief about going to the party that she finally decided to decline the invitation."

"Courteney is sick of forgiving and forgetting," the source claims. "She's been slighted by Jen one too many times now."

Hmm... last December, the Enquirer's sister magazine Star released a VERY similar report... and it turned out to be false. Aniston and Cox aren't fighting, and Theroux's definitely not trying to cause a huge rift between friends. Where do people come up with this stuff?

The two starlet's just appeared on a recent episode of "The Ellene DeGeneres Show" last month... and they're still the best of friends. Apparently the Enquirer needed to find another outlet (Cox's b-day party) to respark such seedy rumors.

Still, Gossip Cop reached out to a source close to Theroux who insists the actor is definitely not encouraging his fiancee to ditch Cox or any of her other friends.
