Nick Jonas Injured During Dirk Nowitzki Heroes Celebrity Charity Baseball Game [VIDEO]: 'Pom Poms' Singer OK After Incident
Nick Jonas was injured in a charity baseball game this weekend. On Saturday, the youngest third of the Jonas Brothers participated in the Dirk Nowitzki Heroes Celebrity Baseball Game in Frisco, Texas. While attempting to run from one base to another, the "Pom Poms" musician collided head on with a rival player and was knocked to the ground.
In what looked like more than a mere bump, Jonas fell on to the field and his batting helmet was flung off his head. "Oohs" were audible from the crowd after the incident.

However, despite the cringe-inducing video, it seems as though Jonas was okay. He shrugged the injury off on Twitter shortly after the game ended.
"Had such a great time playing today... And a great cause too. Had a little injury at the end of the game, but I'm all good not a big deal!" he wrote.
Jonas was playing the charity baseball game for Heroes, a non-profit that aims to bring sports training and competition to people with mental and physical disabilities.
The Jonas Brothers are known to be big baseball fans. While on tour in the past, the three could be seen taking it easy by partaking in America's favorite pastime. They've coined their own baseball team The Road Dogs.
While Nick was off playing for a cause, the JoBros have still been teasing the video for their latest single "First Time." Their Twitter is heavily pushing the short promo for the upcoming clip, asking fans to identify as many of the Jonases' friends as possible.
The video's official release date has yet to be announced, though it's likely to come out in the next few weeks.
