Miley Cyrus Wardrobe Malfunction PHOTOS: Liam Hemsworth's Fiance Exposes Sexy Underwear in Short Skirt During BBC 1 Radio London Visit after Nip-Flash on 'GMA'

Apparently, this is the week of infamous Miley Cyrus wardrobe malfunctions. On Monday (July 15), the "We Can't Stop" songstress flaunted a sexy black Chanel dress on her way to NYC's "Good Morning America" studio... totally flashing her (sans-bra) nipples in the sheer, form-fitting material. Now, MediaTakeOut.com recently posted some photos of Cyrus exposing a pair of skimpy lace underwear while stepping out of her SUV in a uber-short skirt! Oops...

First, as Mstars originally reported:

Miley Cyrus arrived on the NYC set of "GMA" on Monday (July 15) flaunting a sexy, demure black Chanel dress and a pair of killer white heels. But when the avid paparazzi started snapping pics, it became blatently obvious that the "We Can't Stop" songstress wasn't wearing a bra! Yup - the snug material clung to Cyrus' petite figure, showing off a little TOO much of her curves! Liam Hemsworth's gorgeous fiancee fell victim to the infamous celebrity wardrobe malfunction yet AGAIN - this time flashing her nipples through the dress' thin fabric!

With a quick glance, 20-year-old Cyrus' initial "GMA" ensemble looks innocently classic:

But after another look, fans ultimately realize that she's apparently not wearing a bra!

Thankfully, Cyrus didn't expose TOO much, but still... that sans-bra style is VERY suggestive!
