Dwyane Wade, Siovaughn Divorce Update: Dwyane Arrested For Failing To Give Ex-Wife Visitation To Ex-Wife?
Dwyane Wade's lawyers have not yet filed an emergency motion to prevent his ex-wife Siohvaughn Funches from visitation rights for their two sons Zion, 9, and Zaire, 4. Now, Funches claims that she has yet to have seen her sons for their two weeks visitation with her and may have Wade arrested for breaking their custody agreement.
While Wade gained full custody last year, Funches sees the kids according to a visitation schedule. During the summer vacation, she gets them for two weeks a month, according to records.
Wade did not surrender the boys and Funches' attorneys believe he is holding their children illegally from her according to GossipExtra. Last Year, when Funches was four hours for their custody swap, she was arrested in Chicago.
According to Funches' attorney, Brian Hurst, Wade is four days late, "The entire way Mr. Wade and his team are handling the issues with the children is disturbing to me,"
