A movie trailer of Princess Diana's love life during her final years of her life has finally been released. Actress Naomi Watts who has an uncanny resemblance to the Princess of Wales plays out her secret affair with heart surgeon Dr. Hasnat Khan and later billionaire Dodi Fayed.

The trailer shows the Princess transitioning from being a married Princess of Wales to becoming a divorced "Princess of the People" traveling the world for humanitarian purposes and enjoying the men she fell in love with on-and-off press.

Although, many people claimed that Princess Diana's presence would be breathe taken, Dr. Khan seemed to be the only one that returned the same affect to her. The Princess went as far to sneak into his apartment wearing wig and glasses and fulfilling wifely duties while he worked 90-hour weeks.

Diana even considered moving to Pakistan, South Africa, or Australia if the two were ever to marry, studied the Qur'an, and met the doctor's parents. Although, their relationship seemed to be stable in her eyes, Dr. Khan couldn't see the same future.

In the film the Dr. Khan character tells Diana, "If I married you, I'd have to marry the whole world as well."

Her bitter breakup may have been the reason why she moved on with Fayed.
