Kanye West Paparazzi Fight: 'Yeezus' Rapper Charged In LAX Scuffle

In case you don't remember Kanye West got in a bit of an altercation with a paparazzo at LAX back in July. Days after Yeezy implored a photog not to talk to anyone ever, this man chased Kanye asking him about it, causing the Yeezus rapper to lose his cool and shove the pap. (Check the video here). 

It appears 'Ye's troubles didn't end at the airport. The photog claims the attack left him seriously injured has hired high-profile lawyer Gloria Allred (just as Kanye predicted in the video) and brought charges of battery and attempted grand theft against West. While the rapper's antics have previously been defended by Kris Jenner and Cher, it looks like he'll need a real deal defense from his lawyer, Blair Berk. Especially since the dust-up was caught on tape.

West's arraignment is set for October 10. If convicted, West could face up to a year in jail.
