Colin Kaepernick, Sanaa Lathan Dating PHOTOS: San Francisco 49ers Dating Older Actress, Is It 'Love And Football?'

San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick and actress Sanaa Lathan are rumored to be dating after they posted a picture of each other on Instagram looking really closer than friends.

The "Love and Basketball" star captioned the photo, "@kaepernick7 xoxo" which was taken during an intimate dinner.  Shortly after the actress picture was posted, the NFL star followed up and re-posted the picture and captioned it, "@sanaalathan this."
