The search for Christian Grey continues! "Sons of Anarchy" star Charlie Hunnam will no longer star in E.L. James' erotic film adaptation of "Fifty Shades of Grey." And apparently, James Franco is NOT interested in taking on the seductive role of Anastasia Steele's kinky lover (even if handed the opportunity)...
Matt Bomer, Ian Somerhalder, and Henry Cavill are just three of the top Christian Grey fan-favorites. But over the past several months, "Pineapple Express" hottie James Franco managed to stir some Mr. Grey buzz of his own... wonder why?
At one point, the 35-year-old actor seemed interested in the "forbidden pleasure" role (maybe)...
But according to a HollywoodLife.com insider, it'll never happen:
“James really wants to take risks in his career and doesn’t think that Fifty Shades would be one of those risks... If and when he is given the chance to do the film he will say ‘no.’ It just isn’t what he is interested in doing with his career right now. He doesn’t find anything rewarding with it.”
